Day trip to Lincoln on the hottest day! Driver very helpful and friendly. Would recommend the local tour bus for anyone who doesn't want to do much walking.

I've been on 6 coach trips so far with marchants now, all have been great. Anthony has to be pick of the bunch though he is so approachable and friendly. Got many more booked so happy days!

Went on the Mystery Tour on the 25th February. I won't say where. A luvly day out and a first class lunch at a very nice pub. Very good value and first class service. Have booked a further two day trips and very pleased i went.

My wife & sister went to Street (Somerset) on a day trip with you yesterday. They’ve asked me to send their thanks for a great experience with the coach & driver. They were very impressed with the coach comfort and the driver couldn’t have been more helpful in assisting passengers on & off. In spite of motorway delays on the return trip, he remained calm and kept them informed of the delay, in order to adjust onward pick up times from the drop off point.

The driver on m5 today 28/4/25 who thinks its ok to blast down the outside lane blowing his horn because 2 hgv are side by side with a coach full of kids needs a lesson in respect id say 4 mile before Gloucester service area south

We went with you guys on Saturday 9th November 2024 to do the coronation Street experience Alan the driver was very approachable and he made sure everyone was aware of where to meet him and he was chatty with everyone and put everyone at ease would definitely go with you guys again. The only thing that we found was the head rests on the coach didn't go up enough to rest your head on, apart from that everything else was a joyful and relaxing experience would definitely recommend marchants

Saturday 19th October I was on a coach trip to wellesbourne market and Stratford, great day out but on the return trip home , an older lady in front of us started to feel unwell and unfortunately was sick, some went on the floor, the poor lady was very embarrassed and was more concerned about someone slipping on it!!! The driver raised his voice to her and demanded to know why she didn’t do it in the toilet!!!!!!! As I’m sure you are aware it’s not always that simple!!!! The poor lady was embarrassed and just kept apologising!!!! Maybe the driver is in the wrong job if he can’t deal with a little travel sickness and certainly needs to work on his people skills!!!!! I overheard the lady saying how she was going to cancel her future trips, so he’s also lost marchants sone bookings!!!!
