We are all familiar with the phrase "doing things by the book", and it has always puzzled me. What book are they referring to, and where can I buy it?
Over the years, I have read many business books, and although they are often informative, they are a long way from an all-encompassing "book".

After 20+ years in business with a declining product, we needed a massive change in direction to ensure we will still be here in another 20 years. I was introduced to Marco in 2022, and we quickly set about ways to implement the changes we need to turn the corner.
