After the main contractor pulled out of a big garden project in Ashbourne, the weekend before start on site, I took on the project management, but was slowly getting overwhelmed managing this and my other projects.

Maria agreed to step in and visited the following week and it was remarkable how quickly she assimilated what was being discussed on site the very first time. Bearing in mind she’d never met anyone there, including the client.

It was breath-taking, later in a brief post site meeting, seeing how rapidly she collated personnel contact information, roles and the schedule of what was coming next in such a succinct way. She then just got on with things and is now an integral part of what goes on within the project.

Aside from this she helps me with advice for my business as a whole and treats this with the same zeal and efficiency. She often asks if she can help me with anything more and I honestly don’t understand how she manages this and all her other commitments with such ease.
