Clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Good is lovely in the food hall. Always well stocked. Doesn't have a huge range of clothes here however it's a small store. They do stock the necessities and make up and shoes.

Nice store but not alot of choice. As always never much in stock for ladies over size 16. Staff nice and helpful I've found. Food Hall is fine but because of the size I'm sure they can't store all the range of food M&S sell.

Foodhall still open and easy to navigate even when busy. Marks and Spencers still have a great selection of food. They have the classic ready meals with nice selection of Indian and Chinese cuisines. They are quick to offer alternatives such as plant based and gluten free dishes which still have the same Marks and Spencer quality.

Love the shop, girls great, but clothes a bit dated. My nickname is Mrs M & S, cos I buy everything from there. Jeans jkts, underwear, boots but find difficulty choosing from the models displayed, colours put together, pink and red, no no no....

It's M&S...

While the store is very pleasant and the food hall is well stocked (if a bit pricey), on the whole, the clothes look rather drab and boring.

I have to assume they are aiming at the (much) older crowd as there is very little to tempt the pocket of anyone under 40.

Maybe the PJ's?

Then again, maybe not.

I was very disappointed with regards to what they had on offer.

It is such a shame.

I wonder if M&S will go the same way as British Homes Stores in the next 10 years...

Although there's a clothing section here, my interest is more towards the food Hall. Almost taking up half the available floor space of this shop it offers a wide selection of products. Including fruit and veg, ready meals and drinks. They also have sandwiches, pasta bowls, wraps and similar offerings for those needing food on the go. Wines and spirits are available in a wide variety.

I didn't actually shop in this store but wanted to express my gratitude to one member off staff.
My daughter was busting for the loo and was having trouble holding on any longer. And due to CV-19 all outside toilets were closed down. Despite not having public toilets one of the staff members (I didn't get her name) escorted us upstairs to use the staff toilet. Working in retail myself I know this is a risk due to heath and safety but this lady did what she could in these hard times and saved potentially an embarrassing moment for my daughter. I just wanted to thank her for her.
