One of the reasons that I chose Mather & Murray as my financial advisers was the main office being in Old Town, Swindon, which is easy for me to go to if needed. Imagine my surprise (and slight alarm) when I passed by to see the office closed down. Only after further investigation did I find out that they had moved to Cricklade. Not so much as an email, letter, text, phone call or anything telling me that this was happening. Very bad client relations. Not very happy at all.
