We recently sold our flat through Maxwell Brown and we would highly recommend using them. We were originally with a "bigger" estate agent but felt that they weren't interested with our property and we were given many excuses from them. However this was not the case with Maxwell Brown. Andrew and Alan were brilliant! They were passionate about selling our flat and found lots of interest very quickly and we sold within a month! We are very grateful for all the time and effort they spent on it.

We had to go into rental after moving from North Yorkshire, when the sale of the house we were to buy fell through. Maxwell Brown had an ideal house that had just become vacant so we could proceed with the move down south. From viewing the house, to leaving 9 months later (due to buying) the team couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. Any problems that arose with the house (which were minimal) was quickly rectified. Would thoroughly recommend them
