We chose Maydean Design as we were looking for a local architect. We could not have chosen better - Matthew was prompt in confirming an appointment, talking us through the process and producing exactly what we had discussed. All the necessary plans were drawn up and sent to the Local Authority in a very timely manner and everything was agreed without any amendments. Matthew was also able to recommend a couple of contractors for the works and steer us through building inspectors etc. Matthew was so good we passed his details onto my sister !

Like other reviews. I chose Maydean Architects because they are local but still competitive in terms of the quote. The service was excellent. Matthew came up with a functional design for my renovation which includes a loft conversion and side extension. He managed The planning and building regulations process from start to finish. I have yet to start the build but I am sure I will be just as happy with the final result.
