I was pointed to Medical Engineers by a colleague who recommended their targeted approach to fully assessing candidates for suitability before presenting them. We had been working with various agencies for a while and it was becoming apparent that they were just submitting candidates without pre-screening for a match with respect to the job description.
The consultants listened and truly then took that input and applied it to the search. The candidates proposed were of a high quality and when we provided feedback to tweak the search criteria the consultants responded.
