Absolutely Top Class Service And Support!!!!

Justine and her team sold our house within a few days of it hitting the market. We could not fault their support and help for us but also for our buyers (first time) who had some issues navigating the buying process. Justine gave support and a friendly listening ear when we became frustrated with the delays in the process, she also pursued and resolved issues with great tenacity, constantly keeping us updated on progress. We could not have asked for more.
Medway Mortgage Shop has a great caring family vibe not like impersonal estate agents chains where you are passed from sales agent to a progressor who just passes messages to the other party.

The cherry on the top of an already delicious cake. The cost, you get great personal service and support for a reasonable fixed price. Just shows you how much large chains are ripping you off with their percentage of sale price cost.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

We sold our house and secured a mortgage through Medway Mortgage Shop, and the experience was excellent throughout. Due to some unforeseen issues, our journey took longer than expected, which gave us plenty of time to compare MMS with other estate agents we were dealing with. The difference was clear.

One of the standout aspects was their responsiveness—MMS always answered the phone. It may seem like a small thing, but when two large estate agent chains repeatedly failed to pick up, we eventually gave up trying to buy through them. Buyers viewing our property even mentioned that MMS was the quickest to respond to their inquiries, and they always handled our questions promptly. Unlike other agencies with constant staff turnover, MMS provided consistency, so we always knew who to speak to.

We primarily dealt with Rae and Justine, who were fantastic—always professional, approachable, and efficient. However, every staff member we interacted with was excellent, making the entire process seamless and as stress-free as possible.

MMS also had a great system for managing viewings. Whenever a viewing was booked, both the viewer and seller received confirmation via email and text, along with a reminder on the day. Sellers also had access to an online portal where they could track viewings and offers, which was a really useful feature.

When choosing an estate agent, we got quotes from several companies, and MMS was significantly more affordable—without any restrictive time-length clauses that some agencies impose. They were also highly flexible with viewings, sometimes conducting them on our behalf and other times allowing us to do them ourselves, all at no extra cost.

On the mortgage side, Steve managed the process smoothly with excellent communication. Everything was handled efficiently, making what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

Overall, Medway Mortgage Shop exceeded our expectations in both selling our home and securing our mortgage. Highly recommended!
