I did a Mental Health First Aider training course with Mel back in 2021 and have gone back to her for career, executive and life coaching since. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I reached out to Mel because I felt completely trapped in my career. I knew that I needed a change but did not know where to start and felt overwhelmed at the thought of finding something new. I had a complimentary introduction call where we discussed my background and Mel explained how she could help and how the sessions were structured.
