I have known Clare for a few years, we met via a networking group and I have attended 2 of the annual goal setting workshops. I had experienced growth in my VA business over a 12 month period, but didn't feel I had any control, it was more like my business was running me rather than the other way round!

I knew I wanted to continue to grow my business but needed to be in control, have a plan and the right processes in place. Following a goal setting workshop in Dec 21 I booked a Kickstart call to see how Clare could help me with my next steps.

At first I was nervous, as it was the biggest investment (time and money) I had made in my business, but the 12 months I have spent working with Clare have far exceeded my expectations. Every session we had challenged and educated me. Clare has a way of getting into the bones of your business, your challenges and especially your goals. With each meeting I could see the blocks being built that would ensure that as my business grew I worked smarter but not harder. As a VA I have always considered myself to be an organised, process driven person, but Clare made me see how much I wasn't actually doing and how much easier my life could be!

I started off by saying I wanted an increase in clients/hours/income and team. 12 months later I am working with less clients, but they are my 'ideal' clients with over double the hours and the income and my team has grown from 1 to 3.

Half way through my time with Clare I landed my dream client. I can honestly say I would not have landed this client if it had not been for the processes Clare had helped me to implement.

I’ve found the focus and clarity I needed

Before working with Clare, I had reached a point where motivation was a struggle and I was flip-flopping between different plans to move my business forward without focusing on one direction.
