Avoid at all costs.

Flat had a mould and damp problem including black mould which the landlord ignored.

Numerous building works required to make the property safe, none of which were carried out.

An official mould inspection was carried out by a third party contractor who gave a list of action items, only 1 of which was carried out under the guise of "it's too intrusive to perform this whilst you are living in the property" however we have since left and can see the property has been resisted (for a higher price!) And the mould and damp marks simply painted over.

Wealthy land owners only care about money not people I've been asking them to tend one of their fields for 3 years now. Brambles breaking my fence bushes so high blocking out all my light. The farmer they rent the field to not tended it for over 5 years. When I ask im just told its up to the farmer and they refuse to help
