We had a great experience visiting a house in Canterbury today. The sales advisor Rhys Whittock, was very welcoming. He’d done some checking up previously about an inquiry I had made for parking which I really appreciated. He new the house well and had a really good way of offering us information when we needed it and being open to our questions as well. Overall a very positive experience and hope to be in contact again soon.

Having commenced and then aborted a house move I have found Miles and Barr very pleasant to deal with. My first contact was with Reuben, who was very charming and calming, both necessary in this game. Then Aliyah came to my home for an appraisal and was punctual, polite, friendly and professional. She gave me a lot of information I had not been aware of, which was very valuable.
Having then considered everything I decided not to proceed, which was no problem their end, no pressure. If I do ever decide to move in the future it would be this company I would approach first.
