I first met Mills a few months ago and she immediately put me at ease, and gave me a confidence in myself that I didn’t know I possessed.
She’s an incredibly positive and focussed person who seems to somehow have the ability to instill those qualities in those she works with! I always come away from a session with Mills feeling as if I can do anything.
She seems to be able to view every issue/problem from a new perspective, and then distill it down into manageable chunks such that ‘the overwhelm’ is beaten into submission!
From my personal experience I would highly recommend Mills as a coach.
