Chris was the project manager on the complete refurbishment of my 3 bedroom terraced house and did an outstanding job. He dealt with everything from drawing up the initial plans and the tender to the final sign off, including all permissions and approvals required. He was always on top of the project, thinking ahead and checking every detail. He, I and the building contractor communicated well and amicably and the whole project was completed on time. I am delighted with the result and recommend Minniedale highly.

Having undertaken a previous extension project in the past without using professional management we had some idea of the pitfalls, extra costs and stress that can come with these projects.
Our project involved extensive changes to our bungalow including a new roof and new upstairs, so we decided it would be a good idea to use professional management.
We employed Chris to run the tender process and manage the project. This involved finding and advising us on the builder, setting up and running the contract and creating and tracking the schedule of work.
Each step went well. We started the process at a time when it was almost impossible to get a builder so things took a while but Chris came through and found us a fantastic builder.
The project/contract management was excellent, everything was tracked and noted. Critically for us Chris' approach allowed for flexibility, so we were able to increase the scope of work numerous times and the plan was adjusted as necessary.
Chris was great at dealing with the issues that are inevitable with all builds. He worked well with the builder to come up with solutions that were best for us and reached out to the architect, structural engineer and building control as needed.
From a customer perspective the whole experience was a very positive, stress free and creative. We were fully involved and well advised in any decision making; the costs were as agreed/clear at all stages and the overall duration was kept on track.
We would highly recommend Chris at Minniedale and would certainly use his services again for any such projects.

We have worked with Chris and his team at Minniedale on a number of projects recently.
The first was a complete refurbishment of a 4 bedroom town house in Chichester. The architectural drawings, M&E design and layout and design detail all in place pre construction really helped us deliver the project ahead of the contracted program.

Another job was was a small project where we needed to prepare the ground and building for additional power to a new address on a small country estate in Findon.

Chris assisted with the communication and organisation required to execute.

The project was a £2m+ replacement facility for a sailing centre within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. They oversaw the schedule of works, brought the design to tender and managed this process, and then administered the contract until completion.

Minniedale picked up our building project for our garage renovation using existing drawings and provided us with building regs in great detail. Chris also carried out a site visit in very short notice to confirm certain requirements with our builders.
Due to a few planning issues Minniedale projects submitted the required documents to help with this problem.

Minniedale Projects have designed and project managed two rennovation projects for us. The first was the addition of a large single story kitchen extension, the second was a loft conversion and first floor redesign and upgrade. From initial design to completion Chris and the team were helpful, innovative and organised.
