The 88 bus is an excellent service,nothing seems to be too much trouble for the friendly drivers. Such a huge help for those of us who don't drive,and excellent for those like my daughter who has mobility issues.Such a huge help that they stop on demand. Thank you!

I took the 202 from the town centre today and I must say the driver had the patience of a saint. He was in a lot of traffic and tailbacks from setting off and he remained so calm. He even sang a couple of "Doo Wah Dittys" which was quite humourous. I just wanted to say thank you for the journey so Thank You! Great job!

Unreliable. Regularly late if their buses do show up. Here I stand waiting for a bus that's 20minutes late again. I can't help thinking of "Waiting for Godot". Might start writing a series of Haikus whilst I wait.

Contact you and never hear from them again, 2 separate occasions. Give you hope and then leave you hanging. Do you also notice most of the 5 star reviews have no comments, absolutely a total farce.

Being a parent of a Madras College pupil and son of a pensioner relying on buses Moffat & Williamson are a byword for unreliability. Just received yet another message saying a school bus has broken down. Sigh.

Why is the bus used for service 88 not suitable for elderly or disabled passengers? As this service covers Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury in Broughty Ferry it is reasonable to expect that the majority of customers will be older or less able physically so why provide a bus with 4/5 very steep steps at the entrance/exit and no access for disabled users.
