Where do I begin? Last year I was looking at buying my first home. I had no idea or knowledge what to do or how to begin the process.

Initially, I contacted my bank Natwest as a loyal customer. They had been pestering me for years about first time mortgages and for whatever reason after having a mortgage accepted in principle, I was then declined even though my credit rating was excellent 🤔
A few weeks then passed where I felt frustrated, confused and not even sure I would be able to get a mortgage and given my circumstances didn't know which way to turn.

A family member then mentioned this family run place called the "Mortgage & Protection Advice Agency" which was based in my home town and so I decided to pop in for a chat to see what I could do next? I was introduced to Harry Randle and from day one, he has been nothing less than brilliant! As soon as I walked through the office door, I was greeted with a smile, looked after and helped in every possible way on my journey to buying my first home. I was updated at every point of the process and felt like everything was explained in the easiest way possible.
What's even better is that even when I had a mortgage accepted in principle with one mortgage lender, Harry Randle was relentless in doing his best for me and even found me a better mortgage rate with another mortgage lender who I then went ahead with. Both of these motgages rates/offers were both much better than my initial mortgage offer with Natwest so it shows to me that loyalty as a life long bank account holder with them means nothing and I was probaly just another number for their spreadsheet.

At the Mortgage and Protection advice agency, you are more than a number, you feel like your part of the family and for that reason, I will continue to recommend Harry and the team to everyone, and I look forward to using them again! In the near future 👏
