Amazing service and would highly recommend! When we decided to sell our property, we explored many estate agents. When Jen came round, we knew almost instantly we were going with Moxy- they stood out amongst the rest. Jen gave us a more personal feel and made us feel that we won’t be just another file on the desk and profit in the business like all other estate agents, and we were correct. The whole process has been so stressful (no fault at all of Moxy) but the only saving grace has been that we have had them supporting us. Olivia has been helping us through the whole process and has been nothing but kind, caring and helpful. Her communication has been excellent and I couldn’t thank her enough. All the hurdles we’ve come across, Olivia has done her absolute best to go above and beyond to help us. Although we are still not out of a long buying/selling process (again no fault of Moxy), I know I can rely on them. I truly believe, if we chose any other estate agent, we wouldn’t be anywhere near where we are today with our chain.
