Im giving one one star because i cant give 0. I had an unpleasant experience where the bus driver left earlier than he was supposed to and called to file a complaint. Had a call back from the team when I complained and according to their GPS Iwas lying. No ma'am, I got to the bus stand at 9:14 and the bus was not there. Don't care it was late to its next stop...ever heard of traffic delays? Point was they left the stand earlier .I use this bus regularly to get to work and the times are ingrained in my brain. It didn't even set off from the correct stand. The lady argued that sometimes they can't get to their usual stand for some reason or the other but the usual stand was empty! I don't usually complain because though I wasted money on a taxi, its not that deep, a simple apology would've sufficed. But lady argued against what i experienced like she was there...as far im concerned GPs can get it wrong sometimes and i regret not taking pictures for proof. Please do better for your customers and be respectful

Whilst picking my son up at county upper school on Wednesday the 14 of July 2021 ,I was meet by a impatient employee in his coach reving his engine to get us to hurry up and move whilst my son was putting his bags in the boot of the car. My son was worried the bus would hit him as he was so rude and angry he couldn't get passed as was I angry at his behaviour. He was very lucky man that his was in the coach. I don't know about how good this company is but that is the behaviour of 1 of there employees . Sick

Staff friendly, however it is very expensive for a short ride, for a 6 mile trip it was 3 pounds more expensive than from dereham to Norwich (31 miles)

Very comfortable coach trip from Bury St Edmunds to the London museums, yesterday.
The driver did an excellent job in heavy traffic, and some dark, rainy conditions. well done!

Phoned to try and hire a minibus. Twice I was put through and the phone just rang and rang. Gives a very unproffessional view of the company. Now hired from Turners in Great Barton who were efficient.
