I found there was an urgency to get you to pay first and then poor communication as well as no urgency when it came down to business. There were all sorts of personal excuses given to drag cases and keep getting you to pay for new twists and turns. If you want to chase after loose ends yourself please engage them otherwise just read what you need to on .gov.uk. and save your money and time or look elsewhere.

2 months after a priority visa application and I am still waiting for my BRP.
