I’ve worked with Andy over the past two years on an extensive management development project for Action for Children. Andy has helped us build a new Management Competency Framework (MCF) which has now set a clear benchmark for all our managers and leaders. Andy helped us research, design, build and launch the framework. This involvement has continued in researching and building some much needed new learning content for managers that supports the MCF.
