Initially I had difficulties in getting into a site in which I could write an email. Eventually I did, and sent the required papers to for my Overseas Life Certificate. I had a lot of confusion to get the app installed, but I eventually got it to work. I made contact with Clare, at Target. I got real help from her, she even took the time to call me back.. vert impressed with her, my registration was successful, so hopefully next year will be much easier. Great work Clare.

I had to my a call to target..Just to confirm both mum's and my id details were correct. The operator was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions.. promptly...She sent emails to confirm changes had been made.. it was easy simple process.

After receiving an Email asking to confirm my details, had trouble trying to Register on Line, spoke to a very helpful Gentleman who put me through to another Department and once again the lady who I spoke to was very helpful and confirmed email and phone numbers. I still couldn't do it on line so i spoke to a lovely lady called Claire who was able to confirm my details over the phone After me answering some security questions, so I'm a happy Lady! Thank you for helping a non Techno!!!!

I called Target to confirm that a relative had moved, after a short wait I spoke to Claire Line who was friendly, professional and extremely good at her job, she was kind with dealing with my elderly relative and myself and it was a pleasure to speak to her. I wish more companies employed staff like Claire, she is a real asset to your business.

I spoke to a lady called Marcella. It is very hard to speak to someone from overseas regarding pensions. I found Marcella extremely helpful and courteous. Marcella phoned me a few times to see if we had received emails regarding my husband’s pension. I cannot commend Marcella highly enough, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite and courteous. It’s refreshing when you receive such excellent service.
