Detailed full survey.

From beginning to end this was a good experience and the customer service team were great.

I had a full survey which was informative and very useful in pointing out many details I had not appreciated. Nick was thorough and gave a very useful verbal report on the day of the survey.

A week post the survey I had some further questions and Nick was kind enough to answer them all.
