Rude and useless. We've been repeat clients with Nalders over the years, but when I rang to ask them to certify a document for me I was told 'We don't offer that service unless you're a current client'. Very bad business decision: Not going back.

I used this firm as they were recommended to me. It started well as I was using them to sell and buy a property in Penzance while I was living in St Austell. I took my deeds and lots of other important documents into Coodes St Austell where they said they would electronically send to Coodes Penzance. They lost everything which caused me a lot of distress and would not even acknowledge they were at fault. They all turned up months AFTER the sale. They told me via an email and not even an apology! Do not use them.
