Needing retrospective planning on an annexe we wanted to change to a holiday let we contacted NAPC. From the outset Joss was helpful and solution focused. A full breakdown of costs were given and we were able to review this in our own time unlike a rival who kept harassing us. Once instructed things moved quickly and Joss kept us updated throughout the process and answered ad hoc questions we asked promptly. Whilst we have done a planning application ourselves before it was clear without NAPC we would have struggled as they understood the local and national regulations around holiday lets. We were granted retrospective permission within the timescales given.
I would not hesitate to recommend NAPC, they took the stress out of the situation and were fantastic value for money.
