I reached out to Kirk via his website with little expectation, but to my surprise, Kirk actually replied quickly and we set up a meeting to go over the case soon after. Throughout the process, Kirk was extremely supportive and helpful. He provided detailed advice on how to respond to my friend’s company to point out the unfairness in the case and to turn the power dynamic around.

We also reached out to many legal service providers, although it was clear that my friend wasn’t treated fairly in this case, all of them said the case was hard to argue for from a legal standpoint. Without Kirk’s help, we might not be able to get the justice my friend deserved.
