I have just completed NLRs elearning course 'Effective Delegation'. The course explores amongst other things, the benefits of delegation, who to delegate to, and how to do it effectively. It is delivered in an interactive way with a short test at the end of each module to ensure learning has been achieved. The course is CPD accredited and provides a signed certificate on successful completion.

I would highly recommend this course to any leader, particularly if you struggle to delegate.

I have attended a lot of training over the years with my current role, but I have to say the training delivered by Debbie Brown has by far the best training I have been too. It was a great balance of theory work, activities (not role play) and group work, but most importantly it was delivered in a way that meant we could have fun and learn at the same time. Debbie has this amazing ability to adapt the training and sessions accordingly depending on the type of people and hot topics of conversation. I learnt a great deal from the training and I always gage a good training session by how much I remember and use in my day to day role, which I can confirm as A LOT 🙂 I would highly recommend Debbie Brown as a trainer and New Level Results to anyone.
