I attended Nicky's Best Self Success Silent coaching session recently. The event was held at the fabulous Lincoln Cathedral which as part of the session, we were able to walk around and take in the stunning architecture.
The coaching session was really good in that it allowed you the time and space to think about what you want to achieve, what resources you need and what the blockers might be. Nicky's manner is calm and collected and she is excellent in enabling you to think past the obstacles in order to achieve your goals.
I would highly recommend Nicky for your coaching needs.

I had the privilege of attending Nicky's Best Self Success coaching workshop which was hosted at the beautiful Lincoln Cathedral earlier this month. It was an amazing and thought-provoking session and an opportunity to take time out of my day-to-day work to meet other people and think about my priorities in life and business. I absolutely loved that we had time to spend in the Cathedral while we worked on our own goals. Nicky is an amazing coach with an informal, warm and friendly approach. I would highly recommend Nicky Dewhurst-Vickers services! Simply because she's very good at what she does! I have completed a set of coaching sessions with Nicky, and couldn't have asked for a better coach.
Nicky, listened and tailored the session by making me think and work out the skills needed that would overcome that particular stumbling block. The coaching sessions have totally changed my attitude in facing up to challenges both in the personal and working life big and small! Presently, and going forward I still use the skills learned during our coaching sessions! Coach Nicky all the way!

I attended a group Silent Coaching session with Nicky. I really enjoyed the session, which created a positive and private space to work though a selection of questions in order to become more effective in managing my own behaviours, break bad habits and be more accountable. I particularly liked looked at the habits that are life giving and life draining and adopting a growth mindset.

During the session I set out my goals for the following month and achievable action points. This worked so effectively and I achieved my Q2 targets. Whoop!

Nicky followed up with a 121 accountability session which was fantastic. She asked all of the right question, but most importantly listened and heard what I had to say. This resulted in me making a commitment to book reflection time in the diary. To revisit my goals, my why, achievements and take time to appreciate what I have built.

I cannot recommend Nicky highly enough. In a short space of time she helped me see my goals clearly, but also identify the behaviours that are draining me. Her honest, caring and understanding approach, alongside her expert knowledge and professionalism creates the perfect balance in coaching any business owner or professional.

Nicky was an inspiring and supportive coach to me for 12 months. She created a space for me to become clear about my goals and strengths, which has given me the confidence and motivation to make decisions and take action.

Nicky will question and challenge you in a direct, but non-confrontational way. She has listened intently to what I have talked about, and often reframed my conversation to help me see things from a different perspective. This was so helpful to me.
