Following a serie of personal traumas in the last couple of years, on a whim, I turned to Nik. Our first meeting was a couple of days after my birthday, end of June 2020. I visited Nik for a series of sessions around three years ago, when I was struggling to stay on top of life. I would go as far as to say my sessions with Nik stopped me from spiralling out of control at a time when I really needed it.

My hypnotherapy sessions allowed me an opportunity to truly relax, something I wasn't even aware that I hadn't done for years! Feeling so relaxed and at ease with the world gives you a feeling I can't put into words.

The NLP has been particularly helpful also. Nik encouraged me into using different methods that I still use today, subconsciously without realising mostly.

The difference in myself is immeasurable, and I would recommend anyone to give it a shot, if just for the opportunity to feel truly at peace.

To make real life changes it obviously takes some effort on your part, but it's completely worth it and Nik is a great source of support every step of the way.
