Shocking driver.

I was driving to the hospital to visit my sick husband at 6.04pm in Northampton town center today 10/3/2025.
The driver was very intimidating and keeps beeping me several times and I don't know why.
I am 74 year old and I found the behaving shockingly bad driving and makes me worry about the children in my family taking a ride with such a n aggressive driver.
It was an Asian man with glasses.

It is abandoned! No.707 national express has changed to North Gate Bus Station Bay 14! I guess other bus are the same. Please check your pick-up point in advance before you go here.

There is no public transport to get there. One needs to walk from the main bus station. Shelters are broken and exposed to elements.

Normally, we booked in advance
Today, 20/07/23, train strikes, so I asked the driver if I could travel with this coach to Birmingham International. I can pay Bay cards, driver side cards, machine not working 😕
In the end,
I bought a ticket 🎟 somehow 🤔
I don't know if it is me or just service 🤔
& was thinking is trying to Trainline get tickets

So my tickets said Bay 14 of Northgate Bus Station.... They said oh you need to go to "Victoria station"... How in heck was I meant to find this place at 7.30 in the evening. You'd miss this if you stood next to it. Awful experience. No signposts, no notices. Absolutely useless.

Yesterday my first experience went with NE to northampton, me and my son bought tickets from Northampton to Birmigham (transit) to Glasgow, the ticket shown bus 19:15 north gate bus station bay 14. We arrived at 18:45 and waiting in the station, I looked up the schedule and saw the bus to birmigham with same number will be going at 20:55, I waited (I think it might be came up before) until 17:06 and i walked around, no sign of the bus then I decided to asked someone with NE uniform, and he said my bus is not coming to this station but ‘that’ station which need to walk around 3-5mins, I am confused with “coach station there” go straight and left, I rushed my son to go to this coach station and asked for the another person for second time (he said victoria coach station), however with the confusion we walked into that direction and missed the ‘coach station’ we thought it would be a bus station with roof on it, instead it was only a “bus stance”, time is already 19:16 we walked until the next building and asked someone who was walking there and he was also confused with “victoria coach station”, walked back then we realised that the bus coach station is only two bus stance with no big sign whatsoever… luckily there was a lady is waiting for the same bus and told us the bus isn’t reliable and late (when the first time she also experienced the same like us and missed her bus)… around 20mins later the bus is coming… Iam glad the bus is coming late and now I understand why there is two hours time waiting in Birmingham station to Glasgow.
