This bus has just Nerly hit me in town center me and my kids was in the car and I was coming out of my space and he come full speed looking at me moving out and told me to shh and drove off he looks as if he is very unstable especially to be driving a bus with other people on it I’m really concerned for the other people

As a bay it has 2 star rating.
You are redirected here if you search for the station, although it's just a part of the station.
Only bus 16 departs from here.

Two main departure displays are off all the time.

Serves its purpose well, the convenience store is stocked well. There are buses that don't meet in the station itself but down the road where the CEX and McDonalds is, so that's a little annoying. Also you have to pay to go to the toilet. In my experience the buses come on time, and it's close to the town centre to walk. Sometimes pigeons do get in the building, but they've never been a nuisance. Overall it's good. Nothing standout

Awful place really gone down buses park in different bays if drivers don't shout you you miss your bus going out from a different bay. This happens most days now 👎

Very clever design but is quite cold! Only thing that lets it down is security! Two women always sit in there but dont seem to ever get on a bus. They aren't clean and smell quite bad. If they aren't using the services, they shouldn't be able to stay there. Especially when they take up seats that actual passengers could be using whilst waiitng for a bus.

First two drivers runaway from other bays than it is displayed on timetables. Third driver had no change from 20£,while ticket to Kettering just 5,20£.Card payment there is no in buses-only contactless. So printed voucher of 14,80£ and promised that any bus of stagecoach would change it back to cash.But no one bus driver didn't changed it and still hold that nothing worth paper.Simply steelers and chausers...It happened on 12.08.2022.afternoon in bus x4.

I am writing this review after a bad experience, so excuse me if I don't remember the better experiences I have had but you need some security at the station. I know this town has problems but I've just had to wait in a queue at the shop, only to be pushed aside by a very under the influence customer for him to get his scratch card cash back after VOMITING on the floor. It is not the first time I have seen bodily "materials" on the floor here. I don't blame the shop assistant as she could well have been intimidated by the man. I thought that the new bus station was supposed to be clean and safe but it certainly seems to have adopted some of the old stations characteristics.. Don't think because this was in the shop it is not the bus station's responsiblity. I want to use the bus to get home from work feeling safe and comfortable. Unfortunately I haven't had that experience tonight.
