Useless doesn't listen to you, get the facts wrong when an offer of over 30% below market value considered it not derisory. Couldn't sell the property as has no salesmanship. If a viewing was requested on a weekend would call and ask you to show the property for them. Essential information was wrongly published. The information published on websites wasn't available and despite informing them continually they took months to get on line and then the facts were wrong. Be warned this was the most frustrating company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with
