One of the worst experiences we've had with any company.
We worked with HRREV (now Omny HR) on an ad-hoc basis during a restructuring period and were later shocked to be pulled into what appeared to be an internal dispute between the company and a former employee. Despite having no contractual agreement preventing us from working with independent HR consultants, we received formal correspondence suggesting we were in breach and were even threatened with legal action.

This placed completely unnecessary pressure on our small business during an already difficult time. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to clarify all terms in writing and be extremely cautious about future changes in their business structure or team.
