Having tried many different types of networking, from the archaic to the draconian, I have nothing but praise and respect for ONLE Networking, which is absolutely nothing like most of those I have previously been to.

The community is run by brilliant people in the form of Kelly, James and Kierney, who are probably the most hands on and interactive people I have ever come across in terms of networking management.

Membership is really excellent and cost-wise offers so much for your monthly subscription fee.

You are made to feel welcome, right from the off, but above all ONLE makes you feel you are an integral part of one big family, stretching right across the UK and over to the USA (where else the network will expand to is anyone’s guess).

Whilst the network has many groups, each one is made to feel an important part of a big cog, and therefore a part of a big wheel, without which it could not turn. That is a rarity in itself, and therefore a pleasure to watch and be a part of.

Members are very much supportive and make up a community where it’s very much not all about them, but about us and how we can all help each other.

I was most grateful to the person who introduced me to ONLE, and I look forward to being a part of this wonderful community for many years to come.

The members of ONLE have a really helpful attitude towards each other. They take time to get to know other business owners and the services/products they provide. Sensible, timely, and useful referrals follow ... which leads to more business, if you do your bit correctly. I've been a member of ONLE Networking for almost a year now and I don't regret a single moment of it.

James, Kelly, Kierney and the members are incredibly warm and welcoming. They want you to have a good time whilst you're networking.

I'd describe ONLE as a safe space for business networking. I view it as a business support group rather than a way of gaining business and I think that is a good way to manage your own expectations in any networking forum.

If you enter the group and treat it with respect rather than seeing it as a sales platform, then you will gain respect back.

As a result, I have actually gained business from being a part of ONLE, but that is not my main aim in being a part of the network. My main aims are in learning about other people, what they do, how I can help them and how I can educate them about the things that I do. For these reasons, the work that I have gained through being part of ONLE has been an incredibly pleasant surprise, but not an expectation.
