Very bad experience and now they want extort money.
When they start making everything bad, they start telling they have a lot of years of experience.
Always everyone tell " we have experience "

When I want make complaint, 1 of " solicitor " start telling to do not and don't want to connect me with his " boss " and telling me he's doing he's best to sort it out everything.

Don't put all evidence , saying they don't need on this step , lies on 1st day when I ring to them.

- Mr Christopher, I was trying to complaint 3 times ... But Mr H K don't want to connect me with you ,

All my calls was transfer straight away to him.

Even Medical report was done incorrect.

How You care about people who trust to optimal ?

How to trust to solicitors if they lie ?

Very , very great job.

After speaking with them I'm still nervous , I'm in depression ... And with unfinished case. ( I've closed case ) Because of mistakes of solicitor pushing me to sign documents to just finish case take money , and don't care.

When I " close case " second site didn't know nothing about it. But you still was telling it's closed. It was ? Or once aging someone lie me ?

Very disappointed, would not recommend. My whole experience with them was very disappointing as they were very slow in their responses and gave me incorrect information regarding the lease (I had to insist multiple times before I get the right answer).

They also failed to advise me that would be good to request an EICR certificate before completion and they failed to ask the seller to renew the EPC certificate (even though they promised me they would chase for an updated certificate).

Now, I’m trying to get hold of my case handler for the last 5 days, left emails, voice messages and even call the office multiple times regarding my contact rider, (where I actually paid additional money to them to keep my accounts open and manage the rider) and still no response!!

Absolutely shocking customer service! No one has replied to our portal messages regarding our remortgage for over 2 weeks and we are now on week 12 of this mess! You ring up and their only response is write a message on the portal...that no one replies to! Disgusting company!
