I completed a series of coaching sessions with Jo earlier this year. I've worked with a number of different coaches over the years but I can honestly say that the work I did with Jo has probably had the greatest impact on my thinking. Taking the time out to work with Jo has really helped me and my business. It's allowed me to pause and consider what is important to me, what I'm truly aiming for and why. Plus she's helped me to question some of the beliefs I had and understand myself better. All in all, it's helped me to be more productive and focussed.

Worked with Jo on and off for the past 15 months and it is always a delight to spend time with her. She is incredibly perceptive in identifying why I do the things the way I do and then helping me (vs telling) work on things I can do to improve. She is great at using real life examples to help reinforce the message.

She is not afraid of giving some hard truths (what I need) but is always very supportive.

Finally she is always available and will make time to have a conversation or quick catch-up.
