AGAIN LIKE OTHERS HAVE SAID IF COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD . GROSS MISCONDUCT FROM A SUPPOSEDLY CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT . DELETED MY ACCOUNTS SO LEFT ME LIABLE TO FINES FOR VAT SUBMISSION . SCAMMED ME INTO PAYING AN EXTORTIONATE AMOUNT FOR A SIMPLE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE LEADING ME TO BELIEVE IT WAS SUITABLE FOR MY BUSINESS AND THERE WOULD BE ON GOING SUPPORT HELP WITH BOOKKEEPING, SHE PROMISED TO SAVE ME £1000'S WITH HER TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF BEATING THE SYSTEM ETC... UP TO NOW LESELY HAS NOT REFUNDED ME FOR SUPPLYING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING . DELETING MY INVOICES THAT I HAD ENTERED , I REPEAT DELETED MY ENTRIES, NOT ANY WORK SHE HAD DONE, BUT MINE ! HOW DARE SHE ? AT 10.47 PM AT NIGHT MAYBE IN A MAD DRUNKEN MOMENT . ADDING BOGUS AMOUNTS TO CORRUPT MY SYSTEM ,NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! AND NEEDS TO KNOW HER SOFTWARE IF SHE IS GOING TO CHARGE RIDICULOUS AMOUNTS . Absolute scam artists took over £1000 of my hard earned money from me and have blocked me and won’t reply to my messages the owner Lesley is also in a business networking group and I was told by multiple friends that are also in the networking group that they went for a Christmas meal and she walked off without paying after ordering the most expensive things on the menu, this just shows the kind of person she is, avoid at all costs, she has quite a few good reviews on here but they are all of here friends and family, you will get what’s coming to you Lesley just watch

I would like to share our experience with Parallax Consultancy Ltd. They didn't file the confirmation statement for Zagros Travel. They are trying to get more clients with only couple of staff, that's one of the reasons they either miss to file the confirmation statement or file it late and the business owner gets penalty. When they closed our account they didn't send one of the ex. employee's P45. When she called them for her P45 they refused to send it and they told her they have submitted everything to the company which is not true at all. Service was terrible! Not recommended!
