Due to a residential planning concern for our commercial premises refurbishment with A/C outdoor fan units we had to commission an acoustic report. Parker Jones were very quick to respond, offered a competitive quotation, set up acoustic recording within a week and were very quick to respond and communicate with us at all times. We used Parker Jones to provide an acoustic report for a house we were planning with a railway in a cutting at the back, and a road at the front which was busy at peak periods. Their approach was professional and practical and we always felt that Chris, who runs the company and Tom who is based in Glasgow were at our side to help. Chris provided a comprehensive acoustic survey, and also helped us by providing answers to the planners when they came back with questions. This greatly helped in getting the plans passed. Chris recently helped us to discharge a planning condition and was very professional and accommodating.

Chris worked alongside us to model various window configurations of the property to establish where acoustic mitigation measures were required.
