Simply the best! Parkes and Pearn were totally professional all of the way through a difficult sale (due to issues with the chain below). Bethany, Joel and Simon were all involved at various points. All gave reassurance when needed and excellent advice also. We are convinced that without their hard work and expertise, we would not have achieved either the sale or the price reached. If we were ever selling in Liskeard again, we wouldn't use anyone else. And such nice people!

Parkes and Pearn are a professional, friendly, approachable local estate agents who care and understand about their clients requirements. After having issues previously with a larger Southwest agency in Liskeard, it was nice to feel valued and listened to, which made the whole experience less daunting. Our sale was managed really well from start to finish and even though it fell through a couple of times, Simon, Beth, Joel and the team were straight back on to marketing the property. Simon from Parkes & Pearn was exceptional from our first viewing right up to when we collected the keys to our new home.
