Don't bother. My experience :- I call a taxi for me to get home and it comes about on time. I'm also taking a friend home. So far so good, but my passenger asks to be taken home first, and I say no it's further. Here is the reason why I'm bothered, I phoned the taxi, it's my taxi. Repeatedly I asked the driver to go my way first, (REPEATEDLY). Why should I pay extra to double back? She would not listen to me, for what reason I don't know why. Even if it would cost more as the person who booked the taxi and was in charge of the payment why was I over-looked? You are over-priced and amateur. As a disabled man I will NEVER use your service again.

Friendly lady driver. I was impressed they rang me to say taxi was outside which saved waiting at the back door on what was a cold night. The taxi driver was very nice. I now use parkside taxis all the time now. Not sure why someone gave them I one star because they deserve full marks. They are not expensive. They are the cheapest I've used.

I was fine when the taxi came but my boyfriend missed his train at cramlington station because the driver drove too slow and we told him to speed up alittle bit so we would have made it and he said no I will not and we missed the train and he was very ignorant to us. I will be very wary to use parkside again.

Avoid at all costs this company was suppose to collect a group of us from middlesbrough at 3 the driver text at 2.56 stating he was delayed and wouldn't arrive until 3.40 he then didn't turn up until 4. He refused to put the heating on was abusive the the group threatening to kick them off the bus he also refused to do the drop offs that had been requested.

Will never use these again, booked a taxi for 3.30pm for me and my 3 granddaughters one who is poorly, outside their school just today, it’s freezing and was sleeting, 5 minutes late I rang and they hadn’t even dispatched a driver but said they would, 15 minutes late I rang again to be told we were a follow on job and they hadn’t even dropped the other person off, so they expected us to wait in the freezing cold for another 10 minutes ish, so I had to walk my 3 granddaughters to the nearest shops to wait so they could warm up, when I said I don’t expect to pay fully for there rubbish service was told but of course you do, shocking,

Used this company last night, very disappointed the driver was unhelpful and his attitude was appalling.Would not recommend and will avoid in future.
