Clear and very helpful. The use of Docker to be able to run the scripts is great. To date my biggest issue has been on OSX trying to successfully install XGBoost so that it properly uses multi-threading ... as without this it runs too slowly ,,,

This is a nice introduction from xgboost. I have a warning on "2.1.5 Boosting". Maybe if you change the code "from sklearn.cross_validation import train_test_split" for "from sklearn.model_selection import train_test_split". Another advice, for extra material, direct links are preferable. Greetings from Perú!!
