Extremely poor recruitment team. Applied for a role with Samsung Experience Store, which PRS apparently manage. Was contacted by Alexandra Odds who wanted to move forward with application and conduct a telephone interview. Booked in for 2pm on Fri 10th Nov '23. No call was made, and at 2.06pm I get an email saying it's been cancelled. Emails since have been ignored.

If this is how potential new employees are looked after, I dread to think what it would be like working for them. I've never experienced anything like it. Avoid at all costs.

They trade as a "Samsung Experience" store until you have a complaint. That is the time, they will tell you to read the small prints - they are not Samsung! It is a" Partner Retail Services Ltd" masquerading as Samsung. This happened to me.

I saw the Samsung special promotions for September 2021 - buy a phone and return within 28 days if you do not "love " it. I bought a S20 FA 5G but did not like it and try to return it within 6 days but the MK Store refused to accept it. Their lady manager with a covered head and the male manager called Jason were both extremely rude and in my opinion, incompetent!

It is better to buy your Samsung phones directly from the manufacturer or from well known reputable dealers like Sky, Vodafone, etc., unless you wish to be taken for a ride. Remember, even the devil can speak smoothly

Very poor experience. They claim a very high standard but not offering the same in return. Staff should be expected to deliver their promise on time. Very poor first impression. I have had an interview scheduled for 9:00 AM and I waited until 9:08 until they reached out thinking that I missed my appointment or any communication from staff member. Their turnaround is very quick however very poor in terms of being reachable for any further questions I may have had after my conversation with PRS staff member.

This service runs the samsung experience stores, (as well as many other businesses) so that is why i searched this online. No issues on the website, although it wasn't what i needed.
