Being the first time we'd ever done building work, we felt somewhat cautious when launching into major renovations of our bungalow. Now that we're in post-build, we can very happily report that Scott and his team did an excellent job. We are super pleased with the result and the standard of finish has exceeded our expectations. We have now been living in Brooklea for 6 months or so. I continue to find myself stopping and appreciating little bits of detailing. The overall build quality is simply excellent. When friends visit they all comment on some level about how smart the build is. Friends who have specific design or build experience in particular take a lot of notice, and often slightly awestruck! No exaggeration.

The climate in the house is lovely. Now that we are getting to grips with the system it is an easy space to manage, and the low energy consumption is very obvious. It is a pleasure to walk into the house on a frosty day and find it warm, even though the radiators aren't giving out any heat.

Rowan's asthma is practically gone!

I know that you really care about the project and genuinely want us to have the best home possible.

We absolutely recommend Passiframe. Everyone in the Passiframe family has been a joy to work with and went above and beyond to deliver our dream home. Our build was complex and came with unexpected challenges; however, the team could always think out of the box and find solutions, whether that was chiselling through an unexpected mega-tonne of bedrock during groundworks or working with complex structural engineering.

A special mention to Paul, Mark and Matt, the awesome groundwork team; Justine for keeping things on schedule and super project management; Ian/Boo for his carpentry genius and booming voice, and Scott for his ability to always find the positive and see solutions where others might not.

Finally, it was great to work with a local company with a cutting-edge, future proof and ecologically sensitive approach to all aspects of our build.
