The best experience so far with a solicitor for conveyancing. Recommended if you are looking to have the assistance of a real professional in a professional and friendly journey.
Melanie and Ciara have been responding promptly to our emails, concerns returning calls all the times and in a timely manner as well, they have given advices and tips about the whole process. We never felt left for pending, they are really fast with a great attention for details.

I cannot recommend Pattison & Co highly enough. Every member of staff I dealt with was polite and reliable - which is very important when you need to leave a message. I have had communications peter out in the past but they kept me up to date regularly, even when there were no developments to report so I knew that they were on the case all the time. Melanie Patterson in particular went out of her way to explain the Scottish legal system and its differences from what I was used to in England, and walked me gently through the purchasing process, highlighting pitfalls to which I might otherwise not have paid enough attention. Highly recommended, will definitely use them again myself.
