We first approached PP to help us design and implement a Quality Management System and Laurence Brooks our ISO Consultant was instrumental in coaching us through this process and obtaining our ISO 9001:2015 certification the following year.

Since then Laurence and the team have assisted us through several ISO audits and re-certifications and they are always on hand with guidance and advice to ensure that our system is always improving but is still compliant with any new ISO requirements.

They managed the process through to a successful completion with an informative and very approachable manner, with advice and verification on all the various policies, procedures and audits that needed to be implemented and managed.
