Chose to go to best-and-final offers 20 hours before my viewing… frustrating when I have spent several hours researching the property already. In my experience it’s usually a sign of an agency that can’t be bothered doing any more viewings when they know they have several offers already and a few thousand pounds extra won’t change their commission much. If that’s how they treat chain-free cash buyers, then good luck to anyone who isn’t. Makes a mockery of their mottos ‘we always do the right thing’ and ‘always keep our promises’. They’ll reply with some excuse along the lines of ‘we were only following our clients instructions’ and/or ‘we offered you a chance to see it sooner’… I guess those reading this review can make up their own mind.

My experience with Peter Ball has been amazing from start to finish. Ricardo was the first point of contact who came and valued my property and took the photos. He was warm and professional and did an excellent job. Julian the Office Manager is extremely helpful, sold my property very quickly and was excellent at communication and helping me find a property to move to. Dionne the Move Manager, she went above and beyond. She kept my sale together, when unfortunately I had a below par solicitor. If it hadn’t been for her, I believe the whole chain would have collapsed.
I cannot recommend this Estate Agents enough. I would not use anyone else. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel like I just had to because they have been so brilliant. They are not your typical estate agents.

From my initial contact with their Team I received courteous, considered and constructive advice as to how best to market my deceased relative's flat and in a timely manner.
Throughout the selling process, and during the period it took to complete the sale, their Team were frequently in communication, and once a sale had been agreed they were especially attentive to keep the ball rolling up to the moment completion took place.
