Extraordinary team at Pewsey Vale Coaches. Twice in one week the team have gone above and beyond. Firstly my 13 year old left his mobile on bus during school run. The company secured the phone immediately on discovery, and then ensured it came back to us within 24 hours. Exceptional.

Then the same irritating teenager dropped a very good guitar pick on the bus. The team have just pulled out all the seating and going through hoover bags to find it. Just immense help and wonderful, caring support. This is a local company that provides a brilliant service to local community. Above all - its people really care about their "charges". Pewsey Vale Coaches are a terrible representation of a company. Working on behalf of GWR to provide rail replacement buses on the first of January 2019, they were meant to offer a rail bus replacement between Trowbridge and Warminster, calling at Westbury. Unfortunately, due to driver incompetence, Westbury station was bypassed completely on the A350, direct to Warminster, which means 17 year old women being trapped in Warminster, alone, in the dark. When confronted about this, the driver then tried to shift blame.

Avoid.

For the 4th time in 3 years I was run off the road by a 52 seat Pewsey Vale Coach driving too fast on a small country lane just outside of Chirton.

The driver didn't slow down and nor did he use the space available on his nearside. Unlike the coach, I had slowed to a crawl, and in the event there was space for me to run up the grassy curb. Ten meters further on and I would have been forced in a ditch. He was either inexperienced or was simply arrogant to other road users and a very poor driver.

I immediately rang Pewsey Vale Coaches - their response was abrupt to the point of being rude, and when asked, the company representative refused to give me his name.

Pewsey Vale Coaches will be responsible for an accident or a death before long.

Terrible company only matched by the poor driving standards of its drivers, they think it is acceptable to damage a parked car then drive away and deny all knowledge.
