IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY (AFTER MY ORIGINAL COMMENT)
I'm really disappointed with this company. I attended a clinic at the back end of last year and I saw a chap called Martin. He was very supportive and advised me the way to go forward. I carried out his advise, then contacted the office again several times to speak to Martin, but with no success. I emailed Martin, but received no response. I eventually spoke to someone in the office and I got to speak to Martin. He was very apologetic and very kind with what he offered. I've continued his advice and got to the point where I need his assistance, yet once again, numerous phone calls & emails and once again no response. Since the start of this year, my health has deteriorated and I feel as though once again, I'm being let down again by this company.
IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY - I didn't complain about the free clinic, it was regarding the customer service ever since. Multiple times I contacted the office via telephone calls & also via email with no response. I appreciate you're busy at times, but on 2 occasions, I received an automated response saying that Martin was in court and to contact Jane Thornton. I emailed Jane twice and once again no response. When I finally received an email from Martin, asking if I had a case to pursue, I didn't get an answer but informed a meeting would cost £200+VAT. Why would I outlay money when I don't know if I've got a case to pursue or not !!!!
So, to be fair, you haven't assisted me have you?
