I'm disabled and currently without my car, therefore having to rely on taxis to get around. This driver arrived 10 minutes early, knocked at my door to say he was early and not to rush. He assisted me getting in and out of the car and was a genuinely lovely man, very kind and personable. I will definitely be using this company again, and strongly recommend them. A lovely experience!

Had an hour to burn and needed a real ale pub around Cramlington village (never been here before). Fantastic polish chap called Robert gathered me up, toured me round the pretty little square, pointed out the 5 pubs and here I am!

Pre-booked the car. The operator was clear and helpful about costs.
The next day the driver came exactly on time and found me despite parking problems and the whole trip went smoothly. Definitely recommended.

Taxi service great, and driver lovely and friendly. However, when i booked online, I was quoted £35, but the actual fare was £40. Apparently the driver said not go on the price quoted online, you have to ring to get a fixed price. Pointless telling us that when we're already at our destination, it needs to be pointed out at point of booking! 🙁
