I just purchased an Omega seamaster 300m and spoke to Marc at their Stratford upon Avon branch. He couldn't have been more helpful and emailed me all the details of the watch, I then spoke to him on the phone and confirmed the purchase, he even offered to resize the bracelet for me. Can’t recommend Pragnells enough, myself and my husband first visited the showroom last year and have had the privilege of dealing with Connor ever since. We have visited numerous times since and can say it is an absolute pleasure each time to visit. Visited this watch dealer/jewellers just to have a 'look'!! I was greeted at the door and welcomed in ti take my time and look around. Visited Pragnell yesterday and was greeted by a very pleasant man called John at the door. After a quick conversation about what we were visiting for he sat us down, offered us a drink and overviewed what we were looking to buy. It was our 30th anniversary and we were looking to buy a watch (Rolex).
John and all the other people working in the shop were so friendly and helpful it was as absolute delight to be there.
Proper good old fashioned customer service is rare these days - John was brilliant, his professionalism and honesty about lead time expectations was refreshing!
After we were finished and told about the wait times he ushered us over to see some of the most incredible diamond rings - wow!!
